As Farm Safety Week draws to a close, Farmsafe Australia have today announced that registration for the Farmsafe Australia 2022 National Conference have opened. Titled ‘Farmsafe Conference 2022 - 'Recipe for Averting Disaster’, the event will be held in September.

‘RECIPE FOR AVERTING DISASTER’: FARMSAFE AUSTRALIA LAUNCHES COOKBOOK

To commemorate Farm Safety Week and celebrate Australian agriculture, Farmsafe Australia have announced the release of a cookbook titled: Recipe for Averting Disaster. Australian farmers nationwide are encouraged to contribute their own recipes as an avenue to improving farm safety.

AUSSIE FARMERS URGED NOT TO LET SAFETY SLIP IN OVERCOMING LABOUR SHORTAGES

Farmers nationwide are struggling to fill essential positions, as labour shortages continue in the wake of restrictions and hesitancy to travel following the pandemic. The circumstances are forcing many farmers to make difficult decisions to either reduce operations, or continue while understaffed, potentially exposing themselves to dangerous situations.
